I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I felt the need to share my experience. Yesterday, I visited with my sister and my mother for manicure and pedicure services. The customer service was disappointing. The staff were very loud and spent much of their time talking among themselves in their native language. It felt as though they were discussing customers, including us. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was when another customer entered the salon. The staff started laughing among themselves while looking in her direction, making it appear that they were talking about and mocking her. In fairness, I should have spoken up when I noticed my nails were being filed shorter than I wanted. However, the technician was constantly talking with coworkers, and there was very little communication with me as the customer. Because of that, I didn't feel there was an opportunity to discuss my preferences or confirm how much length should be removed. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customers should feel respected and listened to, but unfortunately that was not our experience. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves both customer service and communication with clients. I paid $92 for my manicure and pedicure, and honestly, the quality of the service did not justify the cost. I left feeling disappointed with both the customer service and the final result. For that price, I expected much better attention to detail and customer care.
